Founded in 1944 during World War II, Roloff Manufacturing Corporation began as a small 3,200-square-foot foundry producing tractor weights, sprockets, and pulleys for the agricultural and appliance industries. Today, RMC has grown into a 75,000-square-foot American foundry operation with nationwide distribution capabilities and advanced gray iron casting production for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications.

​In 1946, RMC introduced its first marine product — a small craft boat anchor — launching what would become one of the company’s core specialties. Over the decades, our corrosion-resistant marine anchors, dock fittings, and custom marine castings have earned a reputation for durability, holding power, and reliability in demanding marine environments. Our anchors were extensively tested for bite strength, stability, and performance, establishing a standard of engineering excellence that continues today with our wide range of marine anchors, dock hardware, patented multi-colored boat anchors, and custom marine products for recreational and commercial marine applications.
